We are happy to handle the customs clearance required when importing goods from third countries for you. Through our connection to the customs system, we are able to carry out import clearances at the German external borders as well as the seaports. Typically, we require your EORI number, the commercial invoice, the bill of lading, and if necessary, a certificate of origin proving the origin of the goods.

IMPORT OF PARCEL AND COURIER SHIPMENTS

For cross-border postal and courier shipments via DHL, FedEx, or UPS, we handle the customs clearance on your behalf. Due to various authorization procedures, we are entitled to take custody of sealed customs goods (Authorized Consignee, AC), to request further customs treatment from the customs office. If there are no objections, your goods will be released after proper processing and can be handed over to you.

IMPORT OF SENSITIVE GOODS

With our specialized expertise in importing protected species of animals and plants under CITES, as well as in applying for import and export permits, we have established contacts with the relevant federal offices and other authorities. We organize the shipment of your goods abroad and offer competitive air and sea freight rates as well as favorable trucking rates. We also create the CMR consignment note required for international trucking if desired. The shipment declaration (MRN) required for export can be handled by us through our connection to customs systems.

WE OPTIMIZE YOUR TRANSPORTATION

We can minimize the time, material, and personnel costs to an ecological and economical minimum through our services. Your visit to the customs office is eliminated or can be managed by us. If required, we also generate movement certificates (EUR.1 or A.TR) as well as preferential certificates depending on the origin and destination country.
